Become a Vegetarian---Next Summer

Due to the high cost of feed, large numbers of meat animals are being slaughtered. This is causing a glut in the market. While prices are not coming down, they are stable relative to recent inflationary trends. Look for meat prices to be up at least 50% from current levels by Summer's end.

Enjoy a barbecue now, while you can! We'll all be having cornbread and beans for Thanksgiving.

The amino acids deficient in beans are methionine and cysteine. The amino acid deficient in rice is lysine. When you combine the two, they complement each other. Or so I understand.

I eat milk, butter, cheese, eggs, and a vegetarian diet except on Fridays. I take vitamin B supplements to get my B-12.

My tricyclerides have dropped 60 points into the normal range.
